Fast Life

Have you ever been so excited for something, and waited so long for it, that you're actually sort of afraid of it happening? It's like that for me with Joe Jonas' solo album. I know, it's totally lame, but whatever. It's true. He's been teasing us, talking about how excited he is for it to come out. The first single, See No More (which he co-wrote with Chris Brown) hits the radio June 3rd. I'm totally terrified. I've built it up in my head so much, I'm scared I won't like it. What then? Then his whole solo album, Fast Life comes out September 6th. What if I don't like ANYTHING about his solo career? What will I do then?

Gus Don't Be A....

Well, I'm super bored so I'm going to review a TV show. It's a program on USA called Psych. The shows about a man named Shawn Spencer who was trained by his father at a very young age to become a cop, so he has "heighten observational skills" Do get himself out of being arrested he tells the police he's a psychic and can help the,m solve cases. Chief Vick is skeptical at first, but pretty soon Shawn and his best friend Burton "Gus" Gustor are solving crime like nobodies business.

The show has all sorts of great characters and Shawn has wonder catch phrases. I think I quote Shawn Spencer at least twice a day. The most often used catch phrases are, "Gus don't be a...." usually followed by something completely unrelated to the subject like "Gus, don't be a gooey chocolate chip cookie" Another great one, "My name is Shawn Spencer and this is my associate...." Again fill in the blank with something random like, Galileo Humpkins.And off course, the hidden pineapple. There's usually one in every show, since they're Shawn's favorite fruit. He usually gives them out as gifts saying, "Are you a fan of delicious flavor?" Not to mention Shawn's constant 80's references that are just awesome.

My favorite character besides Shawn and Gus has to be Detective Carlton Lassider or, Lassie to Shawn and Gus. He's a Civil  War buff that loves to whip out his gun.

 Lassie quotes are the best by far, because they're so insane and awful it's hilarious. He has a whole bit about possibly shooting a cat that I wish I could find on the Internet but can't! Here's a good bit though.

Shawn: Collecting donation's for the policeman's ball ,Lassie?"

Lassie: We don't have balls, Spencer!

Shawn: I honestly have no response to that....

All in all, it's a great show. Check it out sometime.

Really?

So, rumors have been swirling all around the Internet because of this little picture...

Her names' Delta Goodrem. She's an Australian singer working with Nick in the beat lab (his name for his recording studio) on her new album. People are calling her all sorts of mean names because she's 26, and they may or may NOT be a couple. Some people need to grow up. If she makes Nick happy, then just be happy he's happy.

I used to do the same thing. When Joe Jonas dated Taylor Swift, i hated Taylor Swift. Then they broke up, and I realized she has really great music. I hated Camilla Belle. (Well, I didn't really like her before hand. but I hated her when she was dating Joe) I did the same thing during the first few months of Joe's relationship with Ashley Green. Then i saw how happy she made him, and I made a decision. If Joe's happy, I'm happy. Even thought I don't really like this girl, she makes Joe happy so I'll put up with it.

I'm not saying you have to love Delta and her music. I'm just saying to think about how awful Nick feels if they are dating, and he sees all those horrible. nasty, comments and tweets. It wouldn't be very great would it?  So you don't have to become her #1 fan or anything, but so show Delta some respect. What if you were in her shoes? WHat if you were in Nick's?

Muchness

That's what the Mad Hatter said to Alice in the new Alice in Wonderland movie. I was thinking about that a lot last night. How, I've lost MY muchness. A year ago, I was much muchier. I think I've lost some of myself, some of what made me myself. I started hanging out with new people this school year. I was hoping I'd be more of myself with them. I'm actually less. I just want my muchness back! I want to be crazy, and off the wall. I'm sick of standing there, being quiet because I have no way to contribute to the conversation. I have a hard time relating to semi normal people I guess. And they have a hard rime relating to my quirky family and habits. I need to get my muchness back...

I'm gonna talk abut a band during this blog. It's not the Jonas Brothers, but the band does know them. Ocean Grove is there name, and playing catchy tunes is there game. John, Greg, Jack, and Ryan are four guys who met when they became members of the Jonas Brothers back in '05. Six music filled years later, they've broken away into a very awesome band with very awesome music. I love all 4 of their songs, but Grab Your Coat is my all time favorite. (As I've mentioned)

It's amazing! I'm so excited that I might get to go see them in concert in June! Check them out because they're really awesome! Greg is third in line on my list of musicians I want to marry. (Joe and Nick Jonas re ahead of him) He is the one with the Jesus haircut :)

Just a Thought

Do you ever feel, haunted? Like one decision you made a long time ago, is never going to go away. A choice you made, regarding someone you see everyday. You both pretend it never happened, but you both know it did. I'm having one of those days I guess, where the past is coming back to bite me in the butt. It hangs in all of our conversations. We push it to the back of our mind, but it's still there. It makes me sick to think about sometimes, what I did. What did I do? Nothing bad really. I just hurt someone I care a lot about. I hurt myself. I lied. I lied big time. Three years ago tomorrow it happened. I'll never be 100% on May 7th I don't think. At least, not for awhile.

Book update!

So, I thought I'd give everyone an update on the book I'm in the porcess of writing. :) I'm close to collecting all the interviews, but I still need more! So if you're a Jonas fan, who has not contacted me on facebook or formspring, please do so! I'd love to tell your story as well!
